Subscription Terms

Introduction

House of Vayne offers subscription delivery of our products. These Subscription Terms govern your subscription arrangement. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Subscription Model

Delivery Frequency: Every 30 days (monthly).

Pricing: As displayed on the product page at the time of subscription. Current pricing is shown alongside the one-time purchase price.

Billing: Automatically every 30 days from your subscription start date.

 

2. Subscription Activation

Your subscription begins on the date of your first order. Your first charge may differ if you place your order on a date other than a standard billing cycle date. Subsequent charges will occur automatically every 30 days.

You will receive an order confirmation and payment receipt by email for each charge.

 

3. Managing Your Subscription

Via Your Account Dashboard:

Log into your account at houseofvayne.co.uk to manage your subscription. You can pause, skip, change delivery frequency, update payment details, or cancel. Changes made via the dashboard take effect before the next billing date.

 

Via Customer Service:

Email hello@houseofvayne.co.uk with your request. We will action changes within 24 hours.

 

4. Pause and Skip

Pause: Temporarily stop deliveries for as long as you need. Your subscription remains active and can be resumed at any time.

Skip: Skip your next scheduled delivery. Your subscription continues with the following delivery.

Both options are free and require no notice period.

 

5. Cancellation

How to Cancel: Via your account dashboard or by emailing hello@houseofvayne.co.uk.

Timing: Cancellation takes effect before the next billing date. You will not be charged after cancellation.

No Minimum Commitment: There is no minimum subscription period. You may cancel at any time after your first order.

Reactivation: You may reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us.

 

6. Payment and Billing

Automatic Charges: Your payment method will be charged automatically every 30 days.

Payment Method: You may update your payment method at any time via your account dashboard.

Payment Failures: If a payment fails, we will retry up to 4 times over 14 days and notify you by email. If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused (not cancelled) and you will be notified.

Refunds: Subscription refunds are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

 

7. Pricing Changes

We will provide at least 14 days’ written notice of any price increase. You will have the option to accept the new price and continue your subscription, or cancel your subscription before the price increase takes effect. Price decreases will be applied immediately.

 

8. Delivery Terms

Shipping: Free UK mainland delivery on all subscription orders.

Delivery Address: You may update your delivery address via your account dashboard before the next billing date.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for each delivery via email.

Risk of Loss: Risk passes to you upon delivery.

 

9. Product Changes and Discontinuation

House of Vayne reserves the right to modify product formulations or discontinue products with 30 days’ notice. If we discontinue your subscribed product:

        We will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance

        You will have the option to substitute your subscription with an alternative product, pause, or cancel

        If no action is taken, your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged

 

10. Returns and Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscription deliveries are subject to House of Vayne’s standard Returns & Refund Policy. Please refer to that document for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your first subscription delivery only.

 

11. Suspension and Termination

House of Vayne reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if:

        Payments repeatedly fail and cannot be remedied

        You violate these Subscription Terms or our Terms & Conditions

        Fraudulent activity is detected on your account

        Your account is used in breach of applicable law

 

You will be notified by email if your subscription is suspended or terminated, and we will provide an opportunity to remedy the issue if appropriate.

 

12. Changes to Subscription Terms

House of Vayne may modify these Subscription Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of your subscription constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you by email of any material changes.

 

13. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and are subject to the dispute resolution procedures in our main Terms & Conditions.
