Free UK Delivery

All orders ship free within the United Kingdom. No minimum order required.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery: Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked.

Subscription orders: Automatically dispatched every 30 days from your subscription start date. Free delivery on every subscription order.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Track your delivery via Royal Mail's tracking service.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be announced in due course. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Missed Delivery

If you miss a delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with collection or redelivery options. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@houseofvayne.co.uk and we will investigate.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@houseofvayne.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement.
